CB for the Ravens is in critical condition after a motorcycle accident last night

Per ESPN:

"Walker was heading westbound on Northwest 75th Street on a Honda dirt bike with no lights and wearing dark clothing when he collided with a Ford Escape heading southbound on Northwest 21st Avenue at approximately 7:50 p.m.," the release stated.

Read that another NFL player was there at the accident-someone from the Patriots and the police want to talk to him.

As a biker myself that has gone down twice and walked away I feel very lucky.The last one at 60MPH I wish this young man could have walked away from his accident. I think about these things all the time.

This breaks my heart. He was just a kid with so much ahead of him. My prayers are out to those close to him.

At 23, you at times still feel invincible. You're young, healthy, what bad can happen to you? I'm not much older than he was, and I'm just now coming to grips with the concept of death and that my health will most likely never be as good as it is now as I slowly grow older.

I guess what I'm getting at is, I can relate to his decision making or at least understand it. Wish he could have walked away from this, a lot of Ravens players saying he gave off a lot of positive energy. Heartbreaking.
