Did Trent Cole play on Saturday?

Yeah with the number 2 seed on the line... Just another game huh.

Yea, didnt you hear that the Eagles went vanialla because they actually wanted the 6th seed. The team thinks playing on the road is the best way to advance in the playoffs.

HAAAAAAAABAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!

This **** is just too funny, but kinda sad. Its like playing Madden against your 10 yr old kid sister who is asking you what a touchdown is. That is what it is like playing aginst the Eagles!!!!!

I sense another "exhibition" coming Trent. :D

Since when a game that decides who is the division champion or becoming a sixth seed is an exhibition game? I guess it's only an exhibition game when your team lose, no get completely blown out.

I guess playing to get the #2 seed and a bye is not important. I dont know how these clowns believe the stuff they say

They don't believe it. But what else can they say? Most of the guys on the Birds acknowledged the beat-down in the post game. Now they are trying to play mind games with themselves.

They know they got dragged all over the field for 60 minutes.

And this is coming from an Eagles fan.

This is what I don't understand about the Eagles. They are 0-4 against playoff teams this year. I don't understand how players on the Eagles think they are going to come in here and beat us when they haven't beaten anyone of quality all year. They keep talking about they didn't play all out and all of that stuff but this version of the Eagles hasn't proven they can beat a really good team.

Celebrate the Eagles 2009 season with NFC East Division Champs T-Shirts & Hats

I bet the Eagles had NFC East championship hats and shirts in a box ready to be opened had they won last Sunday. It did matter then and should have for both teams. Now it doesn't matter. The new season begins Saturday and I love Dallas' chances.

It's probably not so much the date on the calendar, but the source of the evaluation of Garrett's work that's important here. A bunch of armchair QBs in blue jerseys with nacho sauce stains angry at an OC don't really know what they're talking about. Trent Cole probably does.

In fairness, last year at the end of the season we were seeing quotes from opposing defenses talking about how predictable Garrett was. I assume Ray Lewis knows what he's talking about too.

this is sounding awfully familiar 2 2007

we sweep the gspots but they continue to talk...

Be fan get off the fence. Talk by fans does not mean a thing and has nothing to do with 2007.

These idiots are in some serious denial. They're walking around like last weeks game had ZERO meaning to them and they just played their scrubs and let their starters rest because everything was all settled.

BULL****.

They were playing for just as much as the Cowboys if not more. Trent Cole saying that a #2 seed and first round bye is equivalent to an exhibition game is asinine and shows his utter FEAR for tomorrow's game.

They have to tell themselves that. Going into a game negatively doesn't help your chances, so pretend it didn't matter. After Saturday, they'll be assured they didn't really want to go on and compete for the trophy after all.

Metal statues and rings, that's kids stuff.

Wonder what Cole will blame it on after we kick their a**es this week.

Only thing on exhibition was the fact that the Eagles were outmatched.
