Trevon Diggs is number 1

Diggs is an ascending player. Getting better and better. He’s given up 4 catches in the last 2 games. For like 80 yards and 0 tds. He’s fine.

I love Diggs, best Cowboys corner of 2000's. Turn-overs are everything in the NFL and he is a turn-over machine.

That said, teams have no problem throwing at him and by no means is he a shut-down corner. I suspect the Rodgers / Brady types will happily test him in the post-season.

I think he will get better over time, however, I don't think he is quick twitch enough every to be "on an island", etc. That's fine.

I posted in an earlier thread that when the interceptions dry up, this place will turn on him.
Thought it would take till next season though.

Great analysis. Spot on. He’s fine. Getting better. Not quick twitch enough to be a complete shutdown corner. And yes, that’s fine.

Diggs is a good corner, he's just not a shutdown corner, I like that he attacks the ball but too often he's taking too many chances in coverage and gets beat often trying to jump routes....

He sums up the modern day Pro Bowl. Overlook substance for style.
Yes. 4 catches surrendered in 2 full games with 0 tds and less than 100 yards combined is zero substance. You nailed it. Maybe watch the games with your eyes open next time.

If Joseph can come along will be fine with them and Parsons

Love the ball hawking skills, but everything else needs a ton of work. He is a keeper, but needs to be consistent

Double moves are killing him. Reminds me of Janoris Jenkins, but better

This is why he's graded so poorly on PFF. He's a gambler. Sometimes it pays off. Most of the time it does not. Fans tend to remember only the INTs.

That said, I think Jimmy Johnson would have loved him.

He had a 50/50 shot yesterday. If the qb threw it early it was a pick 6. Was a double move he bit and didn’t get back in time..

“The interceptions cover up one of the worst ever cb seasons”

well if my aunt had a …, she’d be my uncle

Man, I'm a Diggs fan but, he has allowed more yards than any other CB in the league and by quite a margin. Some of this is off his aggressive approach but some is attributable to the fact that he's a young player and on the early side of the position's learning curve. He is high risk / high reward for sure at this point in his career. I want him on my team as I'm sure he'll continue to progress .. at least until he gets a big payday.

yep. 4 catches in 2 full games against him. Maybe you are the one who doesn’t remember anything.
