When will the Bengals consider trading him mid season?
With Burrow down it seems unlikely they have a chance at a deep playoff run. I don’t think there’s any way they beat Baltimore for the division so they are looking at a wild card path if they can even manage that.
If they did it, it would go one of two ways.
A trade with an immediate extension, like Micah, or a rental for the rest of the year.
What would it cost? I imagine the Packer first start. Maybe a day 2 pick as well or we could send a young lineman back.
Certainly Hendrickson/Clowney gives us a pass rush that is good enough to no longer be a glaring weakness.
Obviously, this would also require that we actually compete.
