I like this guy. He is raw but has some good tape and some edge ability. He ran a 4.6 at the combine. and had the best 60 yard shuttle, meaning he is pretty agile at 266 lbs. His on the field drills looked good to me. Small school guy needs some more strength in his legs. Decent arm length at 33.5. I think he could be coached up to be a pretty good player at a position of need. His Florida game tape is good. Needs to improve against the run.

STRENGTHS
Good upper-body turn that presents a difficult target for tackles to punch. Rushes with good lean and has a strong club hand to soften the edge. Uses arm extension and acceleration to generate some speed-to-power push. Impressive, fluid footwork with spin move counter. Hands are effective at warding off cut blocks. Good lateral quickness to squeeze running lane. Rakes at the ball as tackler, forcing six fumbles over final two seasons at FAU. Special teams demon; blocked a punt, two field goals and an extra point in 2016.

Trey Hendrickson earns top honor at East-West Shrine Game

He's someone I've followed. Definitely gone from a day 3 afterthought to a possible day 2 pick.

Playing for FAU definitely hid his talent level for the most part.

In that Fla game he was a spy on several plays and looked phenomenal. 3-4 teams should be all over this guy.

Definitely in consideration at 60....checks most boxes you're looking for in a DE. Length, speed, agility, etc....
