RB and QB with one partially premium pick left in the 3rd. I am glad the Lynch trade fell through.

I am hoping Von Bell, Sua Cravens or Kendall Fuller falls to the 3rd.

There are a lot of good DL options left. I hope one of them lands at pick 34.

Would've like Lynch. Now that we didn't get him, don't bother with anyone else. Rest of QB class is garbage.

I agree, to a point. Hogan/Allen in the sixth or Adams/Coker as UDFA would be worth checking into.

Lynch would have been the best move. But I can't complain about two shiney new defenders

There will still be some very good DL available when we pick in the 4th round.

DL or DB? I don't want to start the season with the same defensive backs but DL is a worse need. Maybe we can get lucky and get one of each in the next two rounds. If it falls just right we can fill 3 of the 4 needs I most want to address.

CB, SS, DE, DT

Spence, Kendal Fuller and Hassan Ridgeway

We offered our 2nd and 3rd, but Denver offered their 1st and 3rd............plus the Seahawks wanted a 5th year option on the OL guy they took.

Thank God Denver saved us from ourselves...........no way do I trade a 2 and a 3 for a player that is not going to see the field for several years.

Now we can draft some defensive players that can actually help us try to win this year.

It is this short-sighted viewpoint that brought you the Clint Stoener/Ryan Leaf/Quincy Carter years...

The DT talent is deep enough that a good one should be available when we pick again in the 3rd. We're fortunate that a few DEs who were projected to possibly go in the 1st are still on the board. If we wait another round for DE, we might be out of luck. Some intriguing ones are Spence, Dodd, Ogbah and Calhoun. But I'd be happy with DE or DT at 34. Just get the best player. And I wouldn't mind us flipping Leary for a 3rd and getting a DB too. Give me DE, DT and DB on Day 2 of the draft.

Wow a 2nd and a 3rd? The board would have crashed with 2 offensive players picked! Lol
