Working on another stats project, but in the meantime, here are some trivia questions. How many can you get without cheating(like me)? :p:

1) Who holds the record for highest QB rating in a season, what season was it, and what was it?

2) Who has led the league the most times in QB ratings?

3) Who has the led the league in QB ratings the most consecutive years, how many years was it, and what years were they?

4) Name the five players who prevented that player from having an even longer consecutive years streak and what year was the streak broken?

5) Had it not been for that year, how many years in a row would the player in Question 3 led the league?

6) Name the three former Cowboys quarterbacks who would have prevented that streak from reaching a phenomenal 8 years.

7) Who was the last QB to lead the league in QB rating under 90.0? What year? How many times did he lead the league in QB rating?

8) There are 8 divisions of 4 teams currently in the league. Which current division has had only one player lead the league in QB rating? Who was that player and what team did he play for?

9) What player played a horrible final game to allow the player in Question 8 to win the QB rating title and prevent this division from being completely shutout?

10) What connection did this player’s final opponent have to the Cowboys?

11) Who did the person in Question 9 throw interceptions to in that game?

Should keep you busy for a little bit...have fun.

I love sports trivia but it sucks online. To many people google it and ruin it for everyone.

Even with Google, a few will be harder to find. :D

Hey Smeagol... we all don't have our life extended for years and years by a magical ring. Some of us don't have time for this kind of thing. :D

Seriously, I wouldn't know any of those answers without looking them up... although I could make some educated guesses.

The answer to each and every question is Ray Finkle.

Not quite, but his co-star did win the title one year, but is not the answer to any of the above.

Here are the ones I think I know.

1) Who holds the record for highest QB rating in a season, what season was it, and what was it?

Steve Young, 1994, 112.8
Edit: Peyton Manning, 2004, 121.1 (thanks to thekavorka).

2) Who has led the league the most times in QB ratings?

Steve Young

3) Who has the led the league in QB ratings the most consecutive years, how many years was it, and what years were they?

Steve Young 1991 - 1994 (4 years)

4) Name the five players who prevented that player from having an even longer consecutive years streak and what year was the streak broken?

Broken in 1995. QBs with better rating that year: Jim Harbaugh, Brett Favre, Troy Aikman, Erik Kramer and Scott Mitchell

5) Had it not been for that year, how many years in a row would the player in Question 3 led the league?

6 years in a row (I'm assuming you mean if 1995 didn't exist. If you are including 95, then 7 years)

6) Name the three former Cowboys quarterbacks who would have prevented that streak from reaching a phenomenal 8 years.

Not sure if I understand this question, but I'm guessing Brad Johnson, Randall Cunningham and Vinny Testaverde.

i'm pretty sure peyton in 2004 had a higher qb rating than steve young did in 1994. if peyton has the highest all time, i don't know. probably does. i'm too lazy to google it

Yeah, you are right. Peyton had a 121.1 rating in 2004.
