Bledsoe is done in Dallas.
Now, whether Romo is the franchise QB or not, remains to be seen.
But Bledsoe will not be here next year.
Romo will be given the remaining games this year to audition for next year's starting role.
But then again, a 4-1 start with a 110 QB rating may just be laying the footprints of FRANCHISE QB. I may be mistaken, but I'm not sure you'll find too many better QB's at this point. Other than maybe Carson Palmer, I'm not sure I'd trade Romo for anyone at this point ... not even the great Peyton.
Then again, Peyton makes 10 times Romo's salary. So I'm happy to keep Romo. Franchise or not.
Heck, if the Giants offered me Eli Manning, a 1st, 2nd, and 5th ... I'd probably say NO THANX.
Say goodbye and thanx for nothing to Bledsoe. Whether Romo is our future remains to be seen ... and we probably won't know until he retires.
