Romo is having way too much fun in life fto even consider the job. Aikman wants to be a GM.
This post is not worth debating, however Romo played and dominated defenses in the modern-day NFL, but Aikman can discipline a roster better IMO. Two great quarterbacks to be honest. Such a luxury to have that many legends.

Tony and Troy have shown zero interest in being head coaches so it’s weird that this would keep coming up (well maybe not that weird considering the IQ of the OP). Troy is farther removed from modern football and was kind of known as a “dumb” quarterback anyway so not sure what he is going to do for you. Romo still knows the game and was more hands on as a QB but even that is going to drift away from him in a few years.

As much as I love Troy and Romo, going to have to say hard pass as coaching candidates. I can see Troy as a GM role and Tony as an OC at most. But they’re both good at what they do now so no need to come here.

You're misreading Troy................ Troy is white collar GM type......... Romo would be a more blue collar oc type.

I don't see why either would even consider it, particularly under Jerry. They're the top announcers in the NFL. Looks like a sweet gig.

Aikman does seem more like a HC, Romo more like a coordinator.
