Troy has the temperament to be a head coach, something I don't believe Romo has.

Romo is too laid back to be a head coach, he would be a great offensive coordinator I bet.

I think I rather have a multiple SB winning QB as coach of the Dallas Cowboys that not only knows the schematics, but has fierce passion over .500 Romo QB.

Romo is having way too much fun in life fto even consider the job. Aikman wants to be a GM.
This post is not worth debating, however Romo played and dominated defenses in the modern-day NFL, but Aikman can discipline a roster better IMO. Two great quarterbacks to be honest. Such a luxury to have that many legends.

So, if we're dreaming, how about Troy as HC and Tony as OC?
