Aikman shouldn’t be concerned with our fans. There’s a large faction of our fanbase that thinks anything short of Aikman screaming “yeeeeeeeeeehaw…GO COWBOYS!” is just old hatred toward the team.

Seems like it was really bad when he first started, but haven't seen or heard anything lately. I think fans definitely gave Aikman a harder time than Romo as well. Don't even see Romo offering much commentary these days on the Cowboys other than guys who were starting as he was ending. Maybe we associate Aikman more with the winning franchise? Or by now, we're numb, there are so many Cowboys in the national media.

You’re right on AFC/NFC thing. Remember a lot of people mad about his comments on NFC East games.
