On this, I agree. It would take more than money to make him stay, but more money is always a factor in a professional career decision. Job satisfaction is usually number one on the list and a lot goes into that satisfaction that has nothing to do with money. If Marenelli feels appreciated and welcome here, and has a great relationship with the HC, the rest of the staff, and the players, he would have a sense of loyalty here as well. All I'm saying is that it is not a forgone decision that Marenelli would leave if Lovie asked him to. If Marinelli is not happy in Dallas, Jerry Jones couldn't pay him enough to stay, but if all other things are equal, or near equal, money can be the deciding factor.
