Rector is an undrafted free agent wide receiver.

From a small school. Small, not fast, but quick. Good hands, supposedly has a nice vertical leap, and can separate. But he's about 5'9" and runs a 4.5 plus.

I guess his shot is as return specialist. Punts in particular.
