Just depends on what he wants for himself.
He and Ricky Williams were the 2 most highly rated, hyped Running Backs in the past 30 years...maybe more...coming out of college.
Obviously Ricky didn't live up to the hype...saquon did, but just landed in the worst possible spot for a RB.
Easily Top 10 all time if you just look at talent (can you imagine if he hadn't wasted the first half of his career in NY, and played with a good team?), but Emmitt was Emmitt because he chose to play for 27 seasons, and just keep wanting to pile more and more yards to his resume even when his peak of being a very very good RB ended. Will Barkley choose to add a few thousand more yards to his resume even when he stops being special, like Emmitt did, just for the sake of stats and money? Who knows....but I doubt it. Nevertheless, we've all seen that all you need is a few probowls to make it into the HOF these days.
