Turkey Day Pictures-in honor of Cas2800

okay the house is empty, the leftovers are gone, all that remains of the holiday is a bunch of laundry needing to be done and GREAT memories of a day at the Stadium.

Beautiful day in Texas for Thanksgiving, crisp clear air and cool enough that it felt like football weather. Perfect for an early start, got to the parking lot at 9:30 for the 3:15 game.

For some reason that spot next to us stayed empty all day long, might be because we kept the Lot attendants and police happy with good food .

My wife tried to be creative, this is green bean casserole, if you look closely its the outline of a helmet, with a star on the helmet. I do love her !

All in all a great day. It was a neat experience meeting DannyWhite and his family, the deep fried turkey he brought was perfect and the cajun dressing was the best I ever had. Thank you Danny.

Some of you may have noticed this post is in honor of Cas2800. Heres why. Late wednesday night (actually early thursday morn) he posted on here that he had 2 tickets he could not use. He offered them to anybody here FOR FREE, just to make sure a Cowboy fan would use them. I already had a large group going but as always somebody else wanted to go. His generous offer allowed me to include my son and his girlfriend at our tailgate at the last minute. I am still in awe of Cas2800's offer. He asked for nothing except that the tickets be used and not wasted. Hats off to you sir. Some here jokingly asked how bad the seats were. These were loge seats, about 35 yd line, Cowboys side. WOW. My son took these pictures with his camera phone.
