All day I was thinking how much I was gonna miss watching this team play. I really would of liked to see the young defenders continue to mature, the skill players and bledsoe make plays that don't seem to be there...but after this performance, I just don't care.

Here's to Demarcus Ware developing another season and becoming a terror to other teams.

Ware-should have drafted a true LB like say...someone in SD.

1st decent draft in 15 years.

Should not have gotten rid of Hoffman.

Shawne Merriman isn't nearly as trusted at Ware is. He only has two more sacks, Ware has much more pressures, more tackles for loss and isn't a liablity in coverage. Ware is a stud, so is Merriman, we will see who ends up being better.

Tonight's game was just pretty much a picture of the various things that ended up killing this team. There are still things to encouraged by though...

You know what's funny?

While everyone says how Eli M. needs more time to mature, these same people also say our rookies are "busts" b/c they've "regressed" in the last month.

Wait a minute-if Eli regressed in the last month of his SECOND season, wouldn't he be a "bust" too?
