All I know is I saw a helluva player vs the Steelers - ran them ragged, caught passes, took hits, played with heart.

Everything the Cowboys lack. And no, I don't believe the coaches know better than I do on the fact, I think they are playing guys based on their paycheck.

I think a lot of people forget how good he was towards the end of 2008. We need players who can play good when it really counts............and they bench him?

You didn’t enjoy watching Barber get stuffed on the goal line by Kitna or Felix tossing the ball to a 300 lb lineman?

I say change up the lineup, play some backups. The current formula isn’t working. But with Wade, nothing will change. Same ole, same ole.

Choice should've been getting carries. I didn't care if it was a 3 running back rotation. Choice should've been getting carries to at the very least showcase him as trade bait. He has no trade value and he's not getting on the field for us.

But our brilliant coaches know better than us dumb fans, how could we be right about Choice ?

:bang2:

He was the one RB who actually tried to put any moves on a would-be tackler on Sunday, that's for sure.

Yeah, it's time for Choice to get hit three yards behind the line of scrimmage.

I am a huge fan of Choice, and I would rather see him run than Barber.

But I still say Felix is a great back and should be the starter.

Felix and TC.

But the Oline sucks so bad it is hard to judge any RB running behind them.

At this point ... I'd start:

Choice
Dez
AOA
Lee

and give extensive playing time to:

Church
McCray
Young
Costa
Butler

Hard to judge a back that doesn't get any carries.

:lmao:

Yea let's put him in their so we don't have to spend the rest of the season and offseason reading this same post over and over again. It's only been the 387th play choice post. We can watch him get hit in the backfield and break no tackles like he did last year....... Oh wait a minute.... He broke that 1 tackle all of last year. Bring him in Wade.

Tashard is one of those players who gets better and better in the fans eyes the more he doesn't play. If we can just keep him on the sidelines for another 3-4 weeks, he'll be the next Bo Jackson. Let's not needlessly expose him.

Hem actually got better as he did play - when he got the chance to play regularly that is. But that was a long time ago now (2008), and judgements are being made based on what happened then. I certainly think it would be worth giving him a bigger role to see if we can feel comfortable with him and Felix and let Barber walk, and I think he deserves that chance, but he has to earn it from there.

I just don't know why you don't evaluate everyone in every role you possibly can at this point. Use this failure of a season to see what you've got, there's no risk involved.

Plus, if you keep him benched i can keep posting my Pro-Choice posts and you can keep posting your Anti-Choice posts. Oh the joy!

To be fair, there is no reason in the world for him not to take every single carry away from Barber for the rest of the season. Even if its to showcase for trading purposes.

Not that I expect much different results either.
