i havent seen nor used front page but dreamweaver is very easy almost like ms office all into 1.

Or you can take the easy and lazy way, like me, and just go into filters, artistic and choose Water Color option or even fresco option.

This is that same pic with the water color option...I did not go back and clean it up or use any other filters.

Yes I am....but to be honest, most of it is because I just do not know much about some of the other filters in Adobe.
