I agree. But we will see if they are able to use him creatively. I highly doubt it. We are a boring and unimaginative offensive team as there is in the nfl...this team needs a real offensive mind. Not a washed up head coach and and experiment at offensive coordinator.

They don’t have to be creative, he runs the same route as, CD, Gallup, Schultz etc just put him on the field and get him the ball.

It would be a crime by this organization to keep him only playing ST. Kellen Moore needs integrate him as a WR as a deep threat and a slot player.

Plays similar style to Tyreek Hill with ability to create massive separation with speed and quickness. The first TD is exactly like what Hill did to Buffalo Bills and would have busted 49ers defense up in the playoffs if he was on the roster last year.

Definitely not WR1 or WR2 (or even WR3 if there is such thing) material. I think if he's used as a situational WR, I think he'd be awesome. Use him too much and other teams will plan for him...

That isnt how football works. You arent going to "put him on the field and throw him the ball" if he gets a pass over the middle he will die.

Why do we need Turpin? According to some fans, Zeke is faster than Turpin. Just give the ball to the speedy Zeke!!

You don’t use a Ferrari only just to drop kids off at school.
He has a another gear that can compliment the running game. He must be utilized in the offense with the running game.

That's exactly what I use the Ferrari for, to impress the soccer moms.

We have a great potential option for the return game and I'd give him a couple offensive snaps here & there but I wouldn't overdo it.

Zeke and Turpin are perfect compliment. If they stack the box Turpin beating 1v1 for the deep ball or quick inside slot play. If they want to put safety over Turpin side then Zeke gets a lighter box.

This combo instantly elevates all other offensive players on the field by simply using matchup advantages.

Don't most teams only bring 4 on our line?

Correct, OR he'll get busted in half which is why you can't use him like the Chiefs used Hill. Hill is about 30 lbs heavier: all muscle too. 4-5 touches per game for Turpin. He can house most any of those touches.

You put him on offense for a handful of plays a game that aren't sweeps and reverses, force the defense to account for his speed. Some intermediate routes, deep routes, the occasional bubble screen/smoke route, give their DC something to think about. If he can house one of those passes, especially early in the season, that's a big plus for our offense. He'll probably be good for a few DPI's, by guys getting beat deep.

Tyreek Hill is considered small by NFL standards and he's got over 30 pounds on Turpin. Turpin is a nice weapon but he's not built for high usage at 158 pounds.

He'll return kicks, run some sweeps and screens, but he's not going to get 100+ targets like Hill.
