Turpin's best game in some time

[BrAinPaiNt]

That seems like it was Turpin's best game on special teams in some time.

Yep. I had been complaining recently that he hadn't done much recently. It worked! He had a good game.

Turpin has always been good, but this was the first game when his good returns haven't been called back by penalties!!

[Praxit]

..yep, some decent run backs.

[big dog cowboy]

Yes nice to see him have some running lanes.

He is still that guy when he gets a chance.

Thank you for your service

With Turpin, I feel l, they should put on the return instead of going for the block. How many punts get blocked every year, 4? So a punt returned for a TD is more likely to happen than a block. Math don't lie.

Return unit, yes.
Field goal blocking unit, not so much.

[CalPolyTechnique]

He had a good return. Not pleased with him the past two seasons though as a returner.

They missed 2 field goals and gave up a huge return lol

There are about 4 punt blocks per year and 8 punts returned for TD's a year. So instead of trying to block the punt they should pull guys off the line to block for the return.

You’re saying Turin needs to run twice as fast ?
