News: TWill benefitting from Sanjay

Former WR coach is looking worse by the day. TWill even catching the ball palms out. Who thought that kind of change possible so late in his career?

Dooley is one of those people that had a job which was not the job he wanted.

He had been a Head Coach in college but had to take a WR coaching job in the NFL. He was just waiting for another job (OC or Head Coach in college).

The huge turnover in the Assistant coaching staff, and evident failure of some of them, is yet another strike against Garrett. Poor coaching choices, and poor management of them, reflects poorly on the HC.

Cool. Waiting for the regular season to see if there is improvement in his game.

I thought sanjay had bought twill a new pair of hands from Jerry Rices new store Catch-&-Go.

Because you should never hire a head coach unless he promises all his assistants will be hits and he will never miss on one......jeez

Dallas seemed to value adding former head coaches to its staff than coaches who specialize in a position. I don't know if Jones did this because Garrett is a first-time head coach with not much experience period or if Garrett surrounded himself with guys that he likes that have had some success.

It's undoubtedly high time for someone to come to the rescue for T-Will.

Let's just hope this won't be something that's likely to fade away in time.

What Sanjay Lal has seemingly done for Terrance may justify his hiring.

There's possibly something else at play here as well. T Will has played in the shadow of his "big brother" Dez his whole career. Even when Dez was out injured, T Will knew whose group it was and that Dez was eventually coming back. Now that Dez is truly gone, he's free to chart his own course. And this IS NOT about Dez being a bad influence or anything like that, it is simply a hypothesis of group and personal dynamics.

The first episode of All or Nothing made it look like Dez ran the WR room, not Dooley. It looked like a good reason to let him go.
