That would be a good thing. Replacing Free isn't going to happen at this point for Parnell, but he is competing for the swing tackle position.

If nothing else having Parnell/Bell as the 2nd team tackles will greatly improve the overall look of the 2nd team offense. If/when Kowalski gets back you could have Parnell, Kowalski, Costa, Arkin and Bell as the 2nd team OL.

I'll be happy to see Parnell get back to action. The backup tackles have been atrocious.

I'm curious to see if Parnell plays RT or LT in the next preseason game.

I am too.

I think he'll get snaps at both but I would figure RT most of the time simply because Bell has played LT virtually his entire career. Not well, but that's where he's played.

If both Parnell and Bell return, I wonder if Weems would ever get any snaps at Guard. He is big and appears to have really good power. They did play Coughman at Guard late in the game against the Raiders.

I don't know much about bell. heard he play poorly a year ago but was solid before that. I would really love to have stole one in bell. we shall see.
