Basically this is a convo between Broaddus, JJT, Eagleton, and Clarence Hill.

Bryan Broaddus ‏@BryanBroaddus
I see the team released Isaac Madison as well as Pool. Madison was a guy I thought you could develop. I would have moved on from AOA.

Mario Butler is a better player and has done a better job. You don't need AOA.

@JJT_ESPNDallas:
@bryanbroaddus makes a good point. Why is AOA still here?

Derek Eagleton ‏@derekeagleton
I asked the same question yesterday.

Clarence Hill ‏@clarencehilljr
@derekeagleton @jjt_espndallas @bryanbroaddus because they like his size and speed over Madison. Cowboys want big fast corners.

not saying he can play or develop. But that's what they taking chance on

Just telling u what the coaches are saying

just saying what the coaches are saying. They like that potential. Clearly he not there yet

Derek Eagleton ‏@derekeagleton
He doesn't really play with speed or power though.

Clarence Hill ‏@clarencehilljr
@derekeagleton @jjt_espndallas @bryanbroaddus that's why they moved him to cb last week. He been there two weeks

Bryan Broaddus ‏@BryanBroaddus
@derekeagleton @clarencehilljr @jjt_espndallas don't forget they love his lack of awareness and play making ability.

Clarence Hill ‏@clarencehilljr
@BryanBroaddus @derekeagleton @jjt_espndallas clearly. That's why he is still here

Broaddus is the insider. Tell us what the coaches and scouts say

jason garret told in walk off yesterday they want bigger stronger bodies out there. No midgets

I would think that the reason AOA is still here is because the coaches like his versatility. They probably see him as a Ball type that can be plugged in to S or CB.

it is clear they want athletes that they can develop... guys like miles austin.

I've asked the same question about AOA for two years now

He went to high school with my g/f and her sister and apparently had a HUGE crush on her sister. When I told them that he played for the cowboys they couldn't believe it. I didn't have the heart to tell them he was garbage and would likely be cut by the end of camp.

Wow, that got a bit testy!

These guys go back/forth all the time. It's great entertainment when they're not reporting on anything.

Maybe you can have your g/f sister contact him for some free game tickets before he gets cut...

I'd be curious to see other go-rounds.

Thanks for posting this one.

AOA is not a football player. Nice athlete, but will not make it in the NFL. Has had his chances, why our dump management can't see this is beyond me. Move on already.

He's big. He's fast. He has some positional flexibility. He can play some special teams. Why wouldn't you keep him around a little while? If he's not good enough, he'll get cut eventually.

I'll be honest this one is a head scratcher.

Reminds me of the Isaiah Stanback deal.

'He can't really play, but he just runs so well!'

Versatility?

Can you really call it versatility if you absolutely cannot produce?

So what, he can line up anywhere. Who on this board couldn't go out there and get their *** whipped at every position?
