Twitter: Photos from today's practice

I couldn't resist based on the look on Shotty and Parkers faces.

what the hell does guy think he is doing coaching the team?

I have no idea for sure if he will play, but I will say the promotion of him playing in week #1 has been a bit over the top by the head coach, Nabers himself and the media.

It seems like they've been selling the "he'll play week #1" storyline harder than you normally would which makes me believe he won't be active.

If I were the Giants I would want him fully recovered and healthy before putting him on the field because he's very important to their success.
He took off the red no contact jersey this week so he hadn’t been touched until then.

A player coming off an ACL injury should be active in full practices for 3-4 weeks before attempting to get back on the field in games.

My guess is they will hold him out the first 2 games to give him more time to ramp up his game conditioning before he returns in week #3 at home against the Titans.

If they play him in week #1 though that will be good for the Cowboys new defense to get tested with right from the start.

It's encouraging to see Joe Milton working out with the Cowboys once again, thank goodness.
Needless to say, if something happens to keep Dak out of action, we'll have two options again!
