Jags get a comp pickhttps://overthecap.com/compensatory-picks
The latest from over the cap, shows 2 6ths as well.
However with incentives on Schultz's contract, is that worth up to $9 million? That pick could go higher.
Eagles will get 4 picks from all the players they lost...for all the Eagles lovers on here....
Don't the egirls have their own forums?https://overthecap.com/compensatory-picks

Yeah but there are fans on here that like all other teams better than the Team they profess to be a fan of.Don't the egirls have their own forums?

You mods need to cleanse this forum!Yeah but there are fans on here that like all other teams better than the Team they profess to be a fan of.
Especially the Eagles.
I think this is the 1st time Jacksonville will get any comp picks like in 20 years.
We would have to find someone else to pick Taco Charlton over T.J. Watt and give us Osa, Golston and Wright with three measly 3rd round picks.49ers are a coaching/GM comp pick factory. What's painful is that if McClay were to leave, the 3rd round pick Dallas would get would be useless compared to his actual football capabilities. It would leave us back in the Jones father/son and Lacewell era.
Yes in a way, depends on the values as well.I thought no comp picks were awarded if you found a replacement?
What's Jerry's track record on "finding someone else to pick?"We would have to find someone else to pick Taco Charlton over T.J. Watt and give us Osa, Golston and Wright with three measly 3rd round picks.
It won't be easy.
What's Jerry's track record on "finding someone else to pick?"
Your cherry picking on the relatively rare misses in the early rounds is also notable. Go through the last 8 or so first round picks and it's hard to find a whiff outside of Taco. Would you trade McClay for Robert Brewster or Jason Williams? Because that's what the likely comp pick return/selection would be based on Jerry making the selections. I'd live with the first round track record of McClay over that.

Will McClay is God!!!!!Taco over Watt. Trysten Hill in the 2nd. Osa, Golston and Wright with three 3rds. Kelvin Joseph with a 2nd. Gallimore with a 3rd. McGovern with a 3rd. Robinson in the 4th.
"Rare" misses.
You're flailing at this point. You listed 9/22 picks in rounds 1-4 over that span. Now do the "miss" rate league wide over that same span. Of course you are also operating from the premise that McClay is making all those picks and there's not influence from Jerry and the assistant coaches. My point is that if you remove McClay from the process you are left with Jerry making picks with Rod Marinelli whispering in his ear. No thanks.Taco over Watt. Trysten Hill in the 2nd. Osa, Golston and Wright with three 3rds. Kelvin Joseph with a 2nd. Gallimore with a 3rd. McGovern with a 3rd. Robinson in the 4th.

Right after the trade for Wentz? If I owned the team I would fire Will McClay the day I took over.
