I hope the Bears fan pulls through and the assaulter (I'm not even going to call them Cowboys fans) gets prison time. With that being said I was at the game last night and I was not impressed with the Chicago fans. I went with my older brother and 2 of his boys. So me, my brother, a 14 and 12 year old. During the game we pretty much kept to ourselves and didn't engage the natives in any negative conversations. After the game we were walking to our cars and my 12 year old nephew was wearing his Dez bryant jersey and 3 sober Chicago fans start heckling my 12 year old nephew. So 3 grown men, sober, about 6 foot tall saw us walking and started trash talking my 12 year old nephew talking about how Dez was "shut down". These dudes were looking for a fight and they tried to pick one with a 12 year old. Ridiculous. We just kept walking and eventually they started in on some other family. During the game the Bears fan were making obscene gestures to us and talking trash and we just kept to ourselves. Then when it was 35-7 it got quiet in our section cuz they all went home to cry. Anyway I don't know anything about that assault but Bears fan IMO aren't good representatives of the NFL in general, from what I saw and experienced. That's why this victory was extra sweet for me.

What a shame. Particularly for the kids. Some people are just classless.

I know you're just passing on what Mike Florio posted, but you usually are a more responsible poster than most of us.
This is all hearsay. No arrest have even been made.

And... given how loud the booing was last night there's no telling how many thousands of Bears Fans could have been yelling Bears Suck. lol

Anyway, it could be true, but "Allegedly" should have been used by Florio.

I notice almost everyone in this thread assumed it was true anyway.

Something to note. I always click the link that Florio links to in his article. So while Florio is the posted source, the link to the original article is also in the OP. I verified the article before posting. As with anything in today's world of instant news, info changes. But what was posted, was what was true at the time.

In the grand scope of things, I could care less about this game. I wish we would learn to get along in this world. I talk a lot of crap on here but it's just opinion based, I don't know anyone on here personally although I've been on this board for 10 years, but if I met anyone of you in person, I'm just a normal respectful person. (with a strong opinion ) This type of activity, just people have no respect for general life.

Wow. The difference between this story vs reality is ridiculous. Soon we'll find out they weren't stabbed so much as they were vigorously poked with soda straws.

Somewhat funny the degree to which the victims were so blasé about being stabbed. That would not be me.

Turns out this had nothing to do with the Cowboys. Turns out that two guys who were stabbed by Bears fans were attacked for saying something nice about the Packers.
