Two cars... 6 bodies... found 3 ft apart in lake...

Or, 40 years ago, there was a Dexter type, running around in Oklahoma that found a nice little spot to ditch victims.

Interesting point. And it does make you wonder with two cars ending up in the same place roughly 18 months from each other.

But I would think trying to control 3 people at one time would be a difficult task, unless you incapacitated them prior shoving the car into the water. Could be interesting if any of the skeletal remains show evidence of trauma.

But say it was a serial killer type... What did this person do after November 1970? Did they just stop? Pass away themselves or end up in prison? It would be unusual for the person to simply stop without being caught. There aren't many cases of that that we know of. I can think of "Phantom" killer around Texarkana in the late 40's and of course "Zodiac", along with the Kingsbury Run murders around Cleveland in the '30's.
