How about trade back for another 2nd and grab billings then trade up with our 2nd pick to get rankins and give away the extra 2nd (not realistic though)

If I made a list of the top 15 guys I would take at #4 Billings wouldn't even make it. In fact, Rankins would be ahead of him. You don't take a 1 dimensional 1 Tech in the top 5.

That's an idea I've liked for a while. According to the draft value chart, the #4 pick is worth the #12 and #13 picks combined. Not saying we could get those, but I wouldn't mind trading our 4 and 34 for two mid 1sts.
