At Denver and At KC back to back.

Those two places are two of the hardest stadiums to win at. Last year was a fluke that those teams didnt play well at home. Denver, you have the mile high air and KC you have the 90,000 college like atmosphere fans behind you. I wouldnt look at the schedule and say these are two definte wins. KC might even be a suprise this year. There get Brandon Albert back on the oline and have Matt Cassel throwing to two of the top playmakers in the league in Tony G. and Dwayne Bowe. Plus they have the 3rd pick in the draft I beileve. If their defense can hold up somewhat they could be the Miami Dolphins of last year.

The outlook for Denver is not as good as KC. They do have a phenomial WR core with Marshall and Royal. Anytime you got Kyle Orton qb'ing for you the other team should smile. With that said, it is mile high and you have Champ Bailey, Brandon MArshall, Royal and Ryan Clady. I dont know why but I can see us going 1-1 here. Opinions???????

Those are typical trap games where we go in thinking, "these guys suck" and come out with a loss or a close win (think Buffalo 2 years ago where we should have crushed them but Romo was horrible for 3 quarters and we came out with a miracle win). We took the Rams for granted last year and got spanked.

Both Denver and KC have traditionally been very difficult places for visiting teams to win in but Wade has experience with that situation so hopefully he will have the guys prepared for it.

There's no reason we should lose either game if we have the right attitude going in. If we don't then I would expect to lose one of them.

You are very wise, grasshopper! Those will be two games that will be tougher than most think, especially at Arrowhead. If the Cowboys take either lightly, they will regret it. That said, I don't think they will take either lightly (they don't have the right to take ANY team lightly at this point in their history!) and will get two W's.

There isn't any team in the NFL that isn't capable of beating any other even a Det - NE matchup...

that is why I can never understand the "no excuse if we lose to<team>"

that is just pure crap... now that is not to say that a team shouldn't be favored to win.

again going back to the example above NE would be expected to win that game 9 out of 10 times...but that tenth time...the TD pass to Moss that worked in the 9 other games bounced off his hands in that 10th game and was intercepted for a Detroit TD... that is what makes it fun to watch

No game Dallas plays should ever go under the radar. The opposition always gets up for the Cowboys especially when Dallas come to their town. They will go to great lengths to motivate themselves to face the Cowboys. For example, Steven Jackson brought back his 5 year grudge of not being drafted by Dallas when he played against him this past season. It was lame, but that is what opponents do when they face America's Team.

Denver will suck. Period. Their defense is terrible and they've done nothing to improve it and they took their offense 12 steps in the wrong direction by trading Cutler and going with Simms or Orton.

KC will likely be improved but they're both games that we should win and win comfortably.

That's exactly the type of game we tend to not show up for. :bang2: :bang2: :bang2:

I wish more people would get this. This isn't the NCAA where LSU gets to schedule Nichols State. This is the NFL. That should be obvious, but I guess it isn't.

No win is a given. That's why I enjoy every one of them.

Since when did Dwayne Bowe and Tony G become top playmakers in the league?

my friends and I are planning of going to the Denver game. That back-to-back thing is tough, but the good thing is that they're not long trips (and not far from Dallas), so going to KC from Denver may be the smartest thing to keep guys focused. I hope they can win both....*hope*

Arrowhead won't be that tough unless the Chiefs get off to a great start. Contrary to popular myth, the fans in KC suck. They're not the most knowledgeable bunch, even about their own team, and certainly not about others. They are very fair weather and only support the team when it's winning. They'll quit the first sign of defeat. They were in the Playoffs in '06 and had lots of no shows that year. They have had a ton of empty seats the last couple of years when they struggled and difficulty selling out many games.

Half the crowd will be Cowboys fans.

Tony G was #1 in pretty much every TE category last year. I'd say he is a playmaker and has been one for a long time. Bowe makes some great plays but is inconsistent.

Sadly I can't disagree with that. :(
no game in the NFL is ever a given.

Last season, Dallas @ St. Louis was supposed to be easy. Cincy @ Dallas was supposed to be easy. But then again, Dallas @ Green Bay was supposed to be tough... never know how things will go 'til they play the games.
