You have to think of Buehler as a special teams player that also kicks. His ability and willingness to pursue and tackle makes him worth keeping.

What CB or offensive lineman is available that would have helped us win yesterday's game?

Buehler was inactive, so not taking a spot on the game day roster. Who would you have deactivated to make room for this new found superstar Cb or OL we just picked up off the street?

He is hurt and doesn't affect anything as far as depth goes or a roster spot.

It may be gnawing at us a little bit but it is much better than having just one kicker in Beuhler.

I cannot even fathom watching a Cowboy game this year with Beuhler kicking FGs. I don't miss those days of closing my eyes and waiting for the replay. I couldn't even stomach Beuhler attempting another FG.

Bailey's kickoffs consistently landed at the 5 yard line. Buehler isn't going anywhere.

I'm not familiar with the rules on this. Is there a reason we have to wait for him to heal if our plan is just to cut him?
