Although we have a great set of outside receivers, there are a whole lot of question marks on this team. We may have helped one, but created another by trading away a true impact player. I think we still can finish 10-7 or 9-8, but miss the playoffs.

I would deal whatever it takes to get the next franchise QB. We have the ammo now to get in position to grab one and we don't need to waste it.

1. We have no true #1 RB, and our OT's are barely average (that might be generous). Who knows how Dak will perform coming off this last injury. No playoffs.

2. Better put the breaks on the Arch Manning talk until he is seen playing for a full season. Green Bay's #1's will be in the 23-28 range. If Arch is the real deal, someone can most likely do a better deal. If a bad team offers back to back #1's, that will beat any Dallas deal.

I think the Cowboys run stopping issues are greater than 1 player, although I think Clark will help. The problem is, even if they stop the run, can they stop the pass. Their 3rd down conversion rate on defense may be astronomical.

I think people are underestimating the impact Micah had on opposing offenses. We might see team take a lot more deep shots on Dallas. We could see a lot of chunk plays completed.

I don;t think Dallas makes the playoffs. And I don't think their draft picks will be enough to move up to the 1 or 2 spot.

I also think people are crowning Arch Manning way too soon. Let's let him play a season first. Then let's see if he comes out. Then, even if he is great, and the Cowboys are willing to give up 2 1s and more to get him, the question is will Jerry do it or continue to ride the Dak train until 2028?

No to the playoffs. I imagine the Mannings will inform Jerry not to seek Arch Manning’s services. I doubt they want him having to play for a person like Jerry.

Whatever NFL owner is the closest friend of the Manning family will end up with Arch Manning regardless of how good he is. That isn’t Jerry, who’d be jealous of the Manning family stealing the spotlight anyway.

1. I don't think we sneak in this season, with the schedule we have. Although I think they will be competitive and entertaining.

I would say, yes. Dak is healthy again, added major piece's to OL

Throw Pickens into the mix. I can see Dallas avg 30+ pts a game.

On defense, lots of new faces. We know Clark, Kneeland, Osa and Fowler are good.
depth, we have Winfrey, Toia, Mazi, ..etc.
Sanborn is going to kill it this year at LB, other chap will see.
CB's sector should fair well. Diggs and Bland. Elam looks good
Safety might be weak spot, but Eberflus can fix that.

With brutal schedule, I'm still going 11-6

Dak can get the team to the playoffs. That's all you can say about him really. He's proven he can and he's also proven he freezes up after that. He is what he is.

The real question now is can he stay healthy the whole year? We'll definitely be in the top QB race if he goes down early.
