Two questions yesterday regarding officiating and penalties.
1. Since CD's penalty was a dead ball foul, why was it used to offset the Giants penalties. I thought it should have been 1st and goal from the 15
2 Why no challenge on the int? The ball clearly rolled in his possession when he it the ground - how do the guys in the booth not radio down to challenge that. I only saw it quickly one time but I could have sworn he did not secure possession.
