Tyron Smith allowed one sack and committed one holding penalty the entire season last year.

He's 23, and plays one of the hardest positions to find in the draft there is. Very few elite LTs in the NFL.

And that's why you lock him up now vs. set a bidding war later on.

I think he has HOF potential. The only other guy on the roster I could say that about is probably Witten (and Ware if he were still here).

And he does it on an island. I love watching the entire OL shift right to help each other, while leaving Smith all alone out wide to handle his man 1-on-1. It's a sight to behold.
