The problem with Shango's argument is that it implies that Dak is too weak to handle a petty thing like Jerry's comments. Jerry is over 70 years old and he wants to win. Dak is a qb drafted by Jerry Jones. Either way, he gets the praise because it was his draft pick. The notion that Dak is failing because of Jones is ridiculous because it makes Dak look weak and it implies that Jerry is more about pleasing Romo than Dak. If that were the case, Jerry would have stuck with Dak. Me personally, I think it was a mistake to bench Romo. Romo is the better qb, but this was their decision. You can't consistently flip flop. Shango is too cynical from my perspective. We are not having this discussion if the wide receivers and Dak plays better. Winning cures all. We've seen Romo come through during adversity. I want to see Dak do the same. If he can't handle situations like these, I am not too keen for our future. That's what made me fall in love with the Romo era. He was resilient, despite the more managment, jerry jones, Garrett, the playcalling, the horrible drafts. Can Dak do the same? We're going to find out what this kid is made of when he's staring at challenges in the face.
