ALL THAT ENTAILS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH TOPIC JUST YOUR ATTEMPT TO BE KING OF ALL FOOTBALL KNOWLEDGE - clue

More like amused that there are people who can't see right through you. Like you for instance. You actually take yourself seriously.

I'll never forget when you told me that you were leaving this forum and you feared it would soon be a ghost town without you. You were being "recruited" by other forums.

:lmao2:

I WAS BUSTING YOUR CHOPS AND IT WAS A PRIVATE MESSAGE:eek:

Or how about the boast you put up on Detox that you were done here and our traffic would drop 15% and Detox would climb by 25%.

:lmao:

IT DID THAT WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:lmao: Renegade was hopping and has since dried up sans

It's the sum total of your delusions that is truly humorous. You still maintain I hate the 3-4, yet every time I've defied you to show me one post where I say I hate the 3-4, you can't do it. It's your theme. It's practically a metaphor for impotence. Find me a quote from 2005 where I say the 3-4 is "not happening" Nors. I defy you once again to show some proof. You know you can't do it.

I don't care about the scheme. I never have. I never will. I care about the personnel. I always have. I always will. 2003 you sang your little tune, I said we didn't have the personnel. 2004 you sang it some more. I said we didn't have the personnel. 2005 I acknowledged we were moving to the 3-4, because we acquired in Free Agency and the Draft the pesonnel to do it. In your warped sense of reality I was wrong and you were right. Fine, believe what you want. Intelligent people know better.

YET AGAIN YOU DUCK IT - YOU WERE ALL HOWARD 4-3, WE AINT CHANGING, BLABLABLA - YOU WERE DEAD *** WRONG

Hey Nors, did Tony Dorsett run a Draw or a Delay better?

:lmao2:

I LOVE IGNORING STUPID CHIT LIKE THAT

It'll never grow old. You got played like a drum and everyone knows it. I loved the 70's trivia swerve you tried to put on that. Brings a smile to my face every time. I set you up like bowling pins and knocked you down.

JUST LIKE YOUR RUNNING TO THE RIGHT FALLACY WAS SERVED IN YOUR GRILL LAST YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Tell us again how the 46 defense was derived from the 3-4. You football guru you. I need the laughter. Not just from myself but all my friends that I e-mail your nonsense to.

:laugh2:

YOU STILL CAN'T COMPREHEND WHAT I SAID ON SIMILARITIES ON HOW THE 46 AND 3-4 ATTACK AN OFFENSE - I NEVER SAID WHAT YOU TYPED ABOVE

Bitter? No man, if anything I feel sorry for you and for anyone else who actually thinks you're a football guru. I mean that is truly amazing and amusing.

:lmao2::lmao::laugh2:

Life is good.

Theres one simple reason we aren't going to get Ty Law, even if he is released, money. Ty Law is going to want to get paid like a top 10 CB, which he isn't at this point. If your bringing him in as a FS and paying him like a top CB, then we probably can't afford to address the OL/LB/WR, all of which could use some upgrades. We'd be the only team in the league with a 5-6 million a year FS wouldn't we?

I'm not so sure about that, at this point in his career no team is going to break the bank for his services. But I still think he is a top 10 CB, just not worth a lavish multi year contract with an obscene signing bonus.

Also I'm willing to bet that he'd sign in Dallas for less if it meant having the chance to play with a HOF coach and QB, not to mention get a 4th SB ring on his finger.

Money is a valid issue. But the fact is we left $5M on the plate going into last two seasons.

We can get Law for a Cap hit of $3-5M - cap going up this year pretty good. If it takes us over the top worth every penny!

Like last year it was Davis, Scott, BerryO, Dixon, Reese that could do it. In 2004 it was Pete Hunter, Lance Frazier, Bruce Thornton, Davison that were going to be NFL Starters......:bang2:

Today - it was clearly foolish not to address both positions but we did not. Just like this thread most fought upgrading roster at CB back in 2004 -

Sometimes you get what you pay for.

FS wasn't the smallest problem on our team, but despite your assertions to the opposite it wasn't one of the top 5 reasons why we didn't make the playoffs, wasn't even the biggest reason on the defense we didn't make the playoffs.

Everyone whos been around this board for any length of time knows you have a serious man crush on Ty Law. Ty Law probably doesn't want to play FS, because he thinks hes still a great CB. Some team will over pay him to play CB, so your man crush is likely a moot issue anyway.

Ok Nors. Your post padding for today is complete. You know, I've actually found myself agreeing with you on most issues lately. But not this one. LET IT DIE! Law isn't a FS, he's old, fat, and on the downside of his career. 60% of his INTS were from friggin' deflections. He isn't All-Pro...he's a Pro-Bowler this year based on name recognition.

Go find a couple of killer kickers to talk about. That was this team's real problem last year besides the O-Line. Out.

Can anyone remember so much talk about a player that never has and never will wear the star?

Close?

3 years of this nonsense versus 4 months is not close.

In fact, I'd say the we should have drafted Moss instead of Ellis has more posts than TO to Dallas.

Math not a strong suit BZ? Man you gotta watch those cocktails in the deset heat homb's.

Law was on trade block 2 (1+1) years ago - Spring of 2004. It's been 2 years - TWO (two) 2

Nonsense was not trading Jacob Rogers for Law and compounding it by sticking with Peetie Hunter, Frazier and Davison at CB - that was nonsense -

As evindenced by him starting in the probowl no doubt?:p:

Don't get me wrong he is very good and the skys the limit as he continues to develop, but he's no where close to being the best cover man in the nfl!!!

Mike Vick is in the probowl, Newman was the best cover corner in the NFL this season as mentioned by dr. Z when they named him Sports illustrated ALL PRO team

That was 2 years ago - Simple math. Your abacus is busted. PM if you need help - stop boring the board with math.

Ty Law will be available likely by March 5th. Surefire upgrade at FS!
