Ty Law's agent continues to talk to four teams, including the Patriots.

The Seahawks appear to be the most likely team to give Law the contract he wants. Cleveland and Tennessee are also reportedly interested.

no, but we're gonna send coakley to the pats for law, even though we don't have to. it's ok, we don't have coakley anyway. we'll then trade ellis for the saints 1st rounder - i mean - payton knows ellis now - he's FAMILIAR with him! but if we hold out, we'll get the saints 2nd rounder next year and may move it to the 1st round if ellis plays a down.

as for romo - the jets still want him because they're gonna corner the market on upandcomers but we don't know which pick it will be because they're (the jets) are gonna put all of this years picks into a hat and each team will draw. the jets will get a backup qb w/promise, and that team will get whatever pick they pulled out of the hat.

we'll then use that pick to trade up and take young who we'll then trade to tennesee for their 1st round pick in the next 2 years drafts and we'll trade next years pick from this deal for coakley and start all over again.

We should match the offer the Saints gave to Keith Davis, then trade Davis and our 4th round pick to the Saints for their #2 pick, and once the deal is done, BP should walk over to Payton and give him a swift kick in the rear. :laugh2:

Dallas must be interested....this is all an elaborate smokescreen since we aren't mentioned among the possible suitors. I remember saying that the Pats were interested in bringing him back as well....
