.. apparently, according to him, still had another gear left.

Holy Smokes..!! 23.0 mph is possible.

Read scoop here.

I think he was saying that the fastest he’s ever been clocked was 22.1, not 22.1 on that play. Doesn’t matter, Dak dropped a dime with 60+ yards of air time and TY made a great catch. Felt like we finally pulled an Aaron Rodgers on somebody (still can’t get over the 3rd and 20 he completed against us).

Yep despite all the good he did I’ll forever associate Byron Jones with that play and that’s how I remember him

I also can’t believe Heath didn’t strip the ball a play earlier

Looks like he still had some speed left. Sped up to get under it and slowed to get under it. Let’s get him the ball on the run in space..

He knows how to run routs and knows when to turn on the jets, he may not run as fast as he once did, but he knows how to use the speed he has to set up a defender.

Should have signed this guy after the trade deadline passed and never got involved with OBJ who clearly isn't healthy enough to play this season. The components you just described as a WR are exactly what the team has needed in its WR room. You need this guy for his presence and the ability to make 2-3 plays each game. Everyone likes to joke about him being old and washed up but when was the last time this team had a WR just blow by a legit CB and a deep S like that AND make a tough catch?

That was a sweet catch. Fired up the whole team. He drops that and we likely lose the game. That game was about making plays when needed. Our Defense gave up a bunch of points but also made some key plays in taking the ball away. We got half our points from take aways.

I like the idea of Turpin and Hilton on the field at the same time and just taking a monster shot at some point in every game.
save those wrinkles for the playoff games.. KM needs to have big list of plays that worked once and then pocketed them for the playoffs...i want to see a lot of motion, more wheel routes and passes thrown to RBs and plays like weve seen flashed of Lamb out of the backfield. all those you don't see much is for good reason, Moore is keeping them for a big moment.,

we cant try and play a straight up safe game lie last year against the 9ers..need to throw out everything to stack points.11 Penalty's and shaky OL made it hard to call plays but that's my hope anyway.

I hope if it were dropped the ref would throw the flag, he may have thought it then saw the catch and saw no need to pull the flag..obvious PI..
