If they have any shot of retaining these studs 4-5 years from now they’d better stop spending so wildly on free agents.

Beebe will probably be an upgrade, but he'll have his rookie moments too.

I expect Beebe to eliminate some guys in a way that Tyler couldn’t, just because Beebe is the type
of guy who can do that. Beebe completely stonewalls guys who aren’t as strong as he is.

He’ll have rookie moments for sure though. He struggled against T’vondre Sweat. Big DTs with quick feet might give him some issue early on.

I believe the OL will be the surprise unit this year. They will over perform expectations.

I believe the front office thinks this also. This is why they have downgraded the RB position. They believe any JAG can get the job done.
They're counting on two rookies to start and play well so they don't bother to upgrade one of the easiest positions to improve at?

Yeah they’ll happen, but still going to be a net gain. Or at least I think it will be

They look good in the classroom and in shorts
BUT how will they do when the pads come on and the hitting starts?
Rating linemen this early in the offseason really is not valid
perhaps. I’ll always listen to one of the best to do its first hand opinion though

Good to read! :yourock::yourock:

Not only the talent part, but the film study and dedication part.
Right on. As of right now we’ve seen/heard positive things coming from these young offensive linemen. Guyton getting here early and putting in work. The guys hitting the film study. It just shows dedication and in this early stage dedication is encouraging. We don’t need players like Jamarcus Russell in here.

Coincidence that ZM started mentioning retirement after seeing the youngsters?

What do we expect the players to say? "The rookies are all fat, lazy out of shape and they can't play"?

Preseason/Off season talk is all fluff. Let the preseason games begin and let's see how they do against actual competition at the NFL level. I am going to be a cynical SOB this year until someone impresses me on the field. all in, my hind quarters!

Another one of those, what else are they suppose to say? They certainly aren’t going to say anything negative.
