Twitter: Tyler Guyton continues to play excellent

Not at OLT. Lacks the foot quickness to mirror speed rushers. No idea how people keep missing this.
Look we don't agree on much but this is the one thing or a few things but this particular one today I agree with you it's insane that people keep thinking that Tyler Smith can play there or even wants to play there and doesn't take into account that he has some severe tendonitis in one of his knees He's been being treated like Tyron Smith now with a lot of veteran days off during the week he does not have the foot quickness anymore that he had at a rookie and he belongs inside anyway.

So a truce for one post, lol I'm feeling hell freezing over right now because I agreed with you..

Im kind of intrigued by the idea of Smith at RT though. A real run game engine who can mirror edges in pass pro at a high level. Tyler Smith absolutely can OT at a high level. He is just best suited insidr
No Tyler Smith cannot play OT at a high level; he can be a good starter but that is all

As far as feet go, Tyler is a tweener. Not quite quick enough for OLT. Barely, yes, but not quite.

Tyler has been a holding penalty nightmare every time he's played OLT. Yes, even here. He is very talented and will be able to shut down pass rushers at times, but will have major issues w/ speed rushers.

Burns is stud, no doubt, but he lacks the lateral agility to beat players such as Tyler. In other words, it's a matchup issue for Burns.

IMO, Will Anderson would beat him like a drum. Hope we never have to find out!!!
Burns 3 cone is close to elite, and his tape transfers. He definitely has high level lateral agility
