No it doesn't. Lots of guys took a while to get going or get to All Pro level (Tyler Smith, Ceedee, even Micah didn't get to show his pass rush skills until about October of his rookie season) and no one wrote them off
Micah was a stud from day 1, I donot recall having to wait till Oct to find out.

Yeah I’m sure with Williams getting hurt and Parsons coasting, he’s looked fantastic. Both lines may be in trouble this season. And that usually ends up in a losing record.

This is very encouraging as many draft experts thought Guyton was a developmental prospect who probably needed a year of development. We heard the same things about Tyler Smith coming out. It's still very early, but it is a good sign he isn't struggling against top competition.

Let's keep in mind that Guyton's performance is subject to a longer period of time to prove himself, for the better or worse. The development of any rookie is anything but a race, but more of a developmental happening. Yet, it's nice to hear that he's drawing optimism this early in camp.
