2. Johnny is from Tyler. Although the Manziel family is notorious for being sketchy, and possibly involved in illegal activites making their fortune, it doesn't surprise me in the least that this billboard went up.

If I wasn't born here and had a shoe-in for a job post graduation, I'd never have come back here. Compared to Dallas, Austin, Houston, or even Lubbock where I went to college, Tyler is by far the worst.

I lived in Tyler for a year and for me it sucked but to each its own. Is Smith county still dry? It sucks driving to "Da Line" just to get a grown man's drink.

This. My best friend has family in Tyler so I have been many times. A lot of East Texas is depressing. They pretty much live and die with HS football because they don't have much else going on out there. I always feel good coming back to DFW after staying there a few days. It gets even worse the deeper into East Texas you go.

It would not surprise me at all if JF leads Cleveland to a SB before Dallas ever gets back especially given our deficiencies at HC. I think the kid has "IT" whatever "IT" is. His intangibles are off the charts. I think we made a mistake not drafting him.
