Tyreek's $7 Million Mansion On Fire

I just want to know who's setting the value at $7 million?
The entire over-inflated Florida real estate market. All the coastal cities are turning into Miami with home values. (Assuming that is where he lives, didn’t click it.). Go live in the ugly Great Lakes states and get a view of Lake Erie instead of the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll save money.

Southwest Ranches.

All of south florida is expensive now.
My inlaws bought a house in Martin for 450k in 19. Worth 1.2mil based off recent comps.

Coastal Michigan > Coastal Florida

At least for living in.

I may be moving up there. Just sold my house for twice what I paid five years ago. I hope I timed it right. Most of the houses near me on Zillow are starting to lower their prices. The housing market will only stay hot as long as transplants are coming in and also the cash buyers are falsely stimulating the suburbs. I’m looking at the prices of real estate up there and thinking why not. As long as you can deal with the cold. Something interesting I read also was that as climate change happens, that’s actually becoming one of the best places in the country to live. No water supply shortages, no nasty hurricanes, and milder winters.

I know a few people in South Florida who can comfortably get in the Atlantic Ocean right now and have some fun. Most people would not want to enter Lake Erie this time of year unless they have polar bear DNA in their genes.

And that is not all Lake Erie has in it....

There are 2-3 million dollar houses by me that might be 1/10 the size of that. No lake or ocean view either.

Well you wanted to know and I told you; I could care less if you were trying to be smart
Take it easy Rowdy.
Wouldn't want your keyboard to catch fire.
Geesh!
It was a somewhat rhetorical question.

Go ahead and "care less". It's okay...lol
