Tyron is almost done folks

There is absolutely nothing to suggest he is "almost done". He's actually had bad games against Washington in the past. Actually, our line seems to ALWAYS struggle against them.

His grade here is about what I see during a game.

These threads are exaggerations based on emotion while watching a game rather than analysis while stepping outside of being a fan.

Nobody thinks Smith is "almost done".

Yeah,it’s been pretty obvious for awhile. Got to get that new LT. Want some good news though? Martin sprained his knee in the 2nd QT. I lied...there is no good news.

They invested so much in this offensive line. They even had luck go their way in the form of obtaining Collins like they did.

But then Tyron seems to be in the midst of having his career fall apart, Frederick has this disease thing pop up, the new guy looks alright but really needs an offseason to bulk up.

Bad luck cut this line's glory years short

I'm not concerned at all about Tyron Smith, he's playing the most difficult position on the offensive line playing next to a rookie. I think they should move Collins back inside and bench the rookie, he's the #1 liability in the OL.

His cap # actually drops down $2M next year and he's only 27 so I think he's safe. I feel pretty confident that no matter what happens with Garrett, there will be a new offensive line coach next year. I can't imagine Jerry & Stephen accepting what has happened to the O Line's caliber of play with all of the investments they have out into it, as well as the identity of the team and the focus on Zeke and the running game.
