He was never excellent last year. He was adequate, maybe slightly better. He was below average this year at Guard and was an embarrassment at tackle, getting abused by the same move over and over.

Actually he was very good at OT last year. Surprisingly good.

He has been below average at guard. Everything got better when they inserted Cooper at Guard. Now without Smith on his outside, Cooper may not be as good either.

yup...
