I think it is much more than just a “vet day off“ and I think it is smart. I have no issue with him being limited for most weeks for the rest of the season/his career.

Well, he showed us last week he can step in and perform at a high level with little team practice. That should be the plan going forward until the wheels fall off.

A kind of unique way to ensure his gameday health I guess.

At this stage of his career and at this point in the season, you hafta manage team health in a variety of ways to get your best on field product.

Even with all these precautions being taken I'm sure most of us are anticipating more missed games.
It is what it is.

I still would rather just go ahead and put Tyler at LT and Bass at LG and be done with it. Let Smith be a swing.

I think Tyler is next year's LT starter anyway.
