Vet day off.

I’d give him a lot of “vet days off” he obviously doesn’t need the practice reps. He’s in his 13th year I believe so keeping him fresh and healthy out weighs anything he gains in practice snaps

Injuries aside, he's been the ultimate professional.

I could see a 4 year deal w/2 years of real money tied to it. Or even a 2-yr w/only 1 year of real money.

Just long enough to allow them to draft his true replacement.

Yep. Almost everyone of Tyron's injuries' has been sustained in practice. This may be the correct way to manage him going forward.

For giggles, I looked up Flozell's last contract w/the Steelers. It was 2-yrs 7.5m. Now that was several years ago, so even with salaries going up and such, it still doesn't sound too bad, huh?

I'm for any plan that keeps him on the field.......been saying he should be on pitch/game count. In other words, I'm pulling him if we have a 15-20-point lead going into the 4th period.
