It's a good learning experience for Gregory. I don't know if I expect Gregory to be a star right away but he won't face many OTs in the league near as good as Tyron Smith week to week. So learning against the best hopefully will be good for Gregory in the long run. I don't know if he'll be quite ready this year. I just want to see improvement for him as time goes on.

Well said my friend, Gregory is learning from one of the best.

This also reminds me of when Demarcus Ware was schooling Tyron early. Nice changing of the guard here -- and Gregory wears #94.

No I saw it and the game. Was just stating I like to see Smith go up against the elite defensemen in the game. Smith is a stud.
Exactly he's a stud and he can handle just about any elite DE the Rams game is another example in which he completely took Robert Quinn out of the game in which his name wasn't mentioned all game long.

Now Randy knows what Reggie White felt like when Erik Williams did it to him. :muttley:

For those that weren't around then... Erik Williams tossed Reggie White around like a rag doll... Williams was as good as Larry Allen with a NASTY disposition...

He wasn't elite for me last year. I think he was really good but he had a couple bad games.

If he can improve technique, he'd be among the best of the generation. He can overcome most issue with athleticism and strength but he will have bad plays that come from poor technical work

Romo also said hey look who these guys are practicing against, one of the best O-lines in the league, 3 all pros and 2 pro bowlers.. This d-line is much improved. Wait till you see them against average O-lines...

I keep saying our DL is getting harder work in practice then they will on gameday. And I have no problem with that.

Exactly, if you're practicing everyday against 10's and learning to hold your own, what's gonna happen when you play a game against some 7's? DOMINANCE
