OT Trent Williams is going to sign a 6 year deal with SF worth about $23 million per year. Williams will be 33 on his next birthday and has had issues with health that have prevented him from playing.

Tyron's deal was for a bit more than $12 million per year. Tyron turned 30 just over 3 months ago. .

Tyron is the oldest 30 year old in the league. He's got a lot of wear and tear. When he signed his contract, it was considered a bargain for him, as it locked him up for a long time. It was a good deal for both sides.

We knew when he signed his deal that it was team friendly. It's looking more and more like it each year.

bargain? What is Dallas getting for their investment since 2016? How many games played in versus how many missed? Then come back and tell us how this is a bargain. Not tryin to be disrespectful. Just at my whit's end on the Tyron thing. SOMEONE once said, the best trait of all is availability.

His body has wayyyyy more mileage than the typical 30 year old, though; even by NFL OT standards.

The guy got drafted young and was an immediate starter.

He has lots of wear on those tires.

But overall, he definitely did give a hometown discount to the team that drafted him. Not many guys are that unselfish. His salary, even missing a few games per year, is well worth it

yep and he does the team little good from the whirlpool and training table.

Hey! He's got a star on his helmet for crying out loud! He can do whatever he wants and take as much money as he wants even if he misses more games then he plays! 1st ballot baby!
