Tyron Smith possibly suffered high ankle sprain

What really blows is Tyron struggled early last year and then started playing at a near all-pro level once Alexander was fired.

This year the talk was him having arguably the best training camp of any player (completely mauled Quinn all of training camp) and he played excellent the first 4 games before this fluke injury. He basically started this year where he left off last year.

High ankle sprain would be a blessing. Cowboys have 3 games and then a bye week so he could only miss 3 games but get a full 5 weeks of rest (Giants vs Cowboys is exactly 5 weeks from Monday).

The bye week is in 4 weeks. They only have to consider possible alternatives for 3.
Like I said we were 3-0 with Fleming starting last year. It could be a lot worse. I think we’ll be fine. I don’t see GB being a shootout type game. GB doesn’t have that kind of offense this season. Will likely be without Adams. I expect us to be run heavy next week. Then we play the Jets. I’d hope Tyron is back for that Eagles game.

If we lost Zeke we could pop out a turd and be ok, but this is a problem. Maybe Lael needs to play LT.

The worst part is the game was essentially over when it happened.
