Doesn't Tyron Smith have a knee problem or some kind of injury issue ?

He had an ankle injury in 2008 and missed a game. To my knowledge that is the only game he has ever missed. He had surgery on one of his thumbs around this time last year.

i believe he had a scope done of some sort in December if i remember correctly.

they mentioned it during the combine that while working out to prepare he had some swelling and that's why he didn't participate

Nah he's a "finesse" blocker, so he's healthy.

He had a minor knee scope at the end of this past season IIRC. He withdrew from the combine due to some fluid build up. He had it drained and will be fine.
